Concentric Geoscience was retained to undertake Phase I and II ESAs and a supplementary environmental study of a 7-acre, multi-parcel, residentially-zoned property that encompassed a portion of an adjacent, former landfill. Intrusive investigations confirmed the presence of metals impacts in fill material along the property boundary, associated with the former landfill. Concentric Geoscience expedited the assessment process to meet transaction milestones and provided post-assessment technical liaison support in discussions between the site owner, the owner of the adjacent landfill (the municipality) and real estate representatives.
