Concentric Geoscience was retained to complete Phase I ESAs for five commercial and industrial properties in Saskatoon and Moosejaw on a rush basis. The ESAs were undertaken for due diligence purposes as part of a re-financing process. The portfolio included properties that returned extensive background and site information pertaining to activities at and surrounding the sites. This resulted in comprehensive analysis of varying potential environmental liabilities and detailed reports that required effective summation of findings for quick reference. The entire Phase I ESA site visit, records review and reporting process for all five properties was turned around in one week from authorization.
