Concentric Geoscience completed Phase I and II ESAs at two properties in an industrial area of London, Ontario. The ESAs were required for due diligence as part of two separate transactions involving the same purchaser. Given the proximity of the properties, Concentric Geoscience tailored the ESAs to realize logistical and cost efficiencies associated with the Phase I records and Phase II sampling coverage.
